Sole Photographer During Session

During your photography session with Aspen & Willow Photography, the Photographer will be the ONLY person permitted to take photos. Parents, friends, family, and anyone else attending the session is NOT permitted to take any photo with cameras, camera phones, tablets, etc, and must be informed of this rule. If photos are taken with cell phones or personal cameras, those will be the only photos available to you from the session. The session may still continue, but all photos taken by Photographer will not be processed and turned over to client. Photographer will still hold the rights to use photos in portfolio or advertisements.

Deposit and Payment

The Client shall make a deposit to retain the Photographer to perform the services specified herein. At such time as this booking is completed, the deposit shall be applied to reduce the total cost and Client shall pay the balance due. Balance shall be paid in full during or before the session for the service to be provided. Aspen & Willow Photography accepts cash, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App as form of payment and all major credit cards. We do not offer refunds for weather related reschedules, natural disasters, health related pandemics, simply because you changed your mind,or for any special that is required paid in full at the time of booking. If by chance as the photographer we are unable to keep the original scheduled session we will make attempt to reschedule at a time that works well with your schedule.  We of course will notify you and explain the situation.  We all know that at times Mother Nature does not cooperate as we would like and we all know that sometimes unexpected life situations happen to us all.  We do our best to keep our scheduled appointments and make every attempt to reschedule at a time that works well for you if a situation comes about. As always, if you do happen to need to reschedule or change your mind about a particular session we will gladly reschedule you or allow you to apply the session fee paid to a future session.

Booking and Rescheduling

The booking deposit, required of all sessions, is nonrefundable. Clients are permitted one rescheduled session if rescheduling request is made at least 10 days before the session or if the photographer deems your circumstances uncontrollable. After one permitted rescheduling, any further rescheduling will require an additional booking fee to hold your spot.
